Lost or delayed package?
If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days, or tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, email trekfoldinfo@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
Need to cancel or change your order?
Email us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, it may already be processing and we may not be able to make changes.
