90 days to make sure it's right.
Use it on a real trip. If it isn't right for you, return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We cover the return shipping.
What's covered
- Returns requested within 90 days of delivery.
- Used products are welcome. Pack it, pump it, take it on a trip. Normal use doesn't affect your refund.
- Please send back everything that came in the box: the bag(s), the pump, the charging cable and the accessories.
What's not covered
- Damage from misuse, such as cuts or punctures from sharp objects, heat damage, or a pump damaged by water (the pump is not waterproof).
- Returns requested more than 90 days after delivery.
How to return
- Email trekfoldinfo@gmail.com with your order number and a short note on what happened.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label. Return shipping is on us.
- Pack everything in its box or a sturdy envelope and drop it off with USPS.
- Once your return arrives, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Arrived damaged or not working?
Email us with your order number and a photo within 90 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Changed your mind before it ships?
You can cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be processing, and we may not be able to cancel or change it. If so, you can still return it under this guarantee.
