The bag
How big is it?
The bag holds 20 liters and measures 45 × 30 × 17.5 cm (17.7 × 11.8 × 6.9 in) before compression.
What is it made of?
70D single-sided TPU, 0.2mm thick.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. We poured water directly over the bag and along the closed zipper, and none got inside. It keeps spills and rain away from your clothes. It isn't designed to be used underwater, and the pump is not waterproof, so keep the pump dry.
Is it reusable?
Yes. Open the zipper, let the clothes expand, and use it again on your next trip. See our Care & Use Guide to keep it in good shape.
Can I use it at home too?
Yes. It works well for off-season clothes and spare bedding.
The pump
Do I need a vacuum cleaner?
No. The rechargeable electric pump is included.
How do I charge it?
With the included USB-C cable (5V / 1A input).
What battery does the pump use?
A rechargeable lithium-ion battery, 1200 mAh (4.44 Wh).
Can I bring the pump on a plane?
Yes. The pump's 1200 mAh (4.44 Wh) lithium-ion battery is well below the 100 Wh limit the TSA and FAA set for lithium batteries in devices. We recommend packing it in your carry-on and keeping it switched off. Airline rules can vary, so check with your airline if you're unsure.
What if my pump has a problem?

Where do orders ship from?
From our warehouse in the USA.
How much is shipping?
Free on every US order.
How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also use our Track Order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing your order. Email trekfoldinfo@gmail.com with your order number. After 12 hours your order may already be processing, and we may not be able to cancel or change it. You can still return it under our 90-day guarantee.
Returns and guarantee
What is the 90-day guarantee?
Use it on a real trip. If it isn't right for you, return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We cover the return shipping. Used products are welcome; normal use doesn't affect your refund.
How do I start a return?
Email trekfoldinfo@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do. Eligible returns come with a prepaid label.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, plus the express payment options shown at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify, and we never see or store your card details.
