REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for choosing us to purchase your trekking poles. We value the satisfaction of every customer and we are happy to help you if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following return and refund policy carefully.

  1. Return Eligibility
    You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. The following conditions apply:
    The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
    The product must include all original tags and packaging.
    We will cover the return shipping costs for non-conforming products due to abnormal damage or incorrect shipment.
  2. Return Request Process
    If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:
    Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team via email (oakhaven@trekfold.com) with your order number and the reason for the return.
    Get Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), please write it on the outside of the return package.
    Shipment Return: Send the item and its original packaging back to the address we specify. Please keep the tracking number so that you can track the package.
  3. Refund Processing
    Once we receive your return and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
    The refund will be refunded to the original payment method you used. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment platform to process the refund.
  4. Return Shipping Costs
    If we send the product in error (for example, the wrong item or the item is damaged), we will cover the return shipping costs.
    If you return the product for personal reasons (such as not liking the product or want to exchange it), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  5. Exchange Policy
    If you want to exchange the product (for example, a different size or color), please first follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired product. Our refund will be processed after the return is confirmed.
  6. Special Cases
    We cannot process returns in the following cases:
    The product has been used or damaged.
    It has been more than 7 days since the return request was made.
    No valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation email) can be provided.
